Our mission and core values

The values and guiding principles that inspire Diagram Group’s activities are outlined in the Company Policy and the Code of Ethics.

Diagram Group has adopted an integrated policy for managing aspects related to quality, information security and the environment, aligned with the organisation’s strategic risk context and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

The company recognises the importance of proper management and control of its environmental aspects, as well as the need to raise awareness among its staff about environmental responsibility.

To implement these principles, the General Management of Diagram Group has adopted a strategy based on several integrated lines of action, aligned with the requirements set out by the following standards: ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality), ISO 14001: 2015 (Environment).

Diagram Spa has also issued a Group Privacy Model, adopted by all companies controlled by Diagram Spa, in compliance with EU Regulation 679/16. It is stated that due to the unique nature of the activities performed by Agriconsulting S.p.A. and its subsidiaries, these companies will not adopt the Model.

Code of Ethics

The Group Code of Ethics has been adopted by all companies controlled by Diagram S.p.A., also in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding the administrative liability of entities, and constitutes an integral and substantial part of the Organization, Management and Control Model, where adopted.

It is expressly specified that due to the specific nature of the activities carried out by Agriconsulting S.p.A. and its subsidiaries, the aforementioned companies will not adopt the Code.

Organisational Model

The 231 Model reflects the provisions of Legislative Decree 231 of 2001- which introduced into the Italian legal system the administrative liability of entities in criminal proceedings for certain offences committed in their interest or to their advantage by directors, managers or employees - with the aim of preventing the commission of the offences outlined in the Decree.

The Model is designed to promote the conduct of business activities in accordance with principles of fairness, ethics and transparency, while also preventing potential risk situations in business management.
